Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email.
2. We Review Your Details
Our team looks over your request to:
- Confirm the project scope
- Identify any missing details
- Prepare your design or lake outline
- Estimate pricing and production time
If we need clarification, we'll reach out directly.
3. You Receive a Proof
For all custom work, we create a digital proof showing:
- Layout
- Text placement
- Font choice
- Lake outline or map details
- Artwork positioning
- Any personalization you requested
You'll receive this proof by email.
4. Approve or Request Changes
You can:
- Approve the proof
- Request adjustments
- Ask for alternate fonts or layouts
- Add or remove details
We revise until you're happy.
5. Draft Order Sent for Payment
Once approved, we send a Draft Order through Shopify that includes:
- Final price
- Production timeline
- Your approved proof
- Any notes or custom details
You pay securely through the standard Shopify checkout.
6. Production Begins
After payment:
- Your project enters our production queue
- Materials are prepared
- Engraving, resin work, or woodworking begins
- Quality checks are performed before shipping
Production times vary by project type, size, and complexity.
7. Shipping
When your order is complete:
- You'll receive tracking information
- We package all items securely for safe delivery
