Do I need a quote or can I order directly?

If your project is simple (like a tumbler, cutting board, or standard lake engraving), you can order directly on the product page using the customization fields.

If your project requires a proof, custom pricing, or special instructions, use one of our quote forms.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

Most quotes are returned within 24 hours. Complex lake maps or resin projects may take slightly longer.

What information should I include in my quote request?

Include as much detail as you can:

  • Text
  • Font choice
  • Lake name & location
  • Size & material
  • Artwork or logos
  • Inspiration photos
  • Special instructions

The more detail you provide, the faster we can prepare your proof.

Can I upload images or artwork?

Yes. All quote forms allow you to upload:

  • Logos
  • Artwork
  • Lake reference images
  • Inspiration photos
  • Screenshots

If you don't have artwork, we can create it for you.

Do I get to approve the design before paying?

Yes. Every custom project includes a digital proof for your review. You can approve it or request changes before payment.

How do I pay once I approve the proof?

We send a Draft Order through Shopify. You pay securely through the standard checkout.

Can I request changes to the proof?

Absolutely. We revise until you're happy with the layout, font, artwork, and details.

How long does production take?

Production time varies by project:

  • Standard engraving: 2–5 days
  • Lake maps: 3–7 days
  • Resin art: 1–3 weeks
  • Bulk/corporate orders: Varies by quantity

Your quote will include an estimated timeline.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Bulk pricing is available for:

  • Corporate gifts
  • Event orders
  • Wedding parties
  • Large quantity engraving
  • Tumblers with individual names

Can you engrave individual names for large orders?

Yes. Just upload your name list or include it in the quote form.

Can you create artwork for me?

Yes. If you don't have a logo or artwork, we can design it. Just select "Yes, I need artwork created" in the quote form.

Do you ship or offer local pickup?

We ship nationwide. Local pickup may be available depending on the project.
